ATLANTA, August 25, 2008 – Channel 2 announces the debut of an exciting new daytime, syndicated talk show. For the first time on daytime television, five days a week, viewers will have a reliable source of medical and healthcare advice.
The team of top docs, each with a different specialty includes: ER physician Dr. Travis Stork; obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Lisa Masterson; plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgery expert Dr. Andre Ordon; and pediatrician Dr. James Sears.
The doctors will focus on the compelling, real-life experiences of the show’s guests and then weigh in with valuable information about health, medical care and drugs in an informal, easy to understand and entertaining format.
Viewers are also encouraged to “Ask the Doctors” by submitting their questions and experiences to the show’s website about the health care issues that matter the most to them. “The Doctors” will cover a wide range of subjects, especially breaking medical news and topical issues. Viewers will get to see on-set medical procedures and off-site “house calls.”
Five days a week, “The Doctors” discuss what people need to know to live healthy lives.
