Last Chance to Call Carrington Home

Only 19 homes remain at Cobb County's Carrington, a Pacific Group community with homes built by Atlanta's premier home builder, McCar Homes. Carrington is a luxury townhome community located in sought-after Powder Springs and offers homeowners the opportunity to live in a historic, active setting with all the modern luxuries of today. Townhomes at Carrington are priced from the $140,000s.

Homes at Carrington are from McCar’s popular Elite Collection which features two open floorplans: Birchfield and Summerfield. The two-story homes consist of three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms at approximately 1,588 square feet of living space. Spacious interiors include state-of-the-art features such as upgraded appliance packages, designer lighting features, a variety of flooring including hardwoods, and countertop and cabinet choices.

Located within walking distance of one of the state’s most popular trails allows residents to enjoy the great outdoors along the Silver Comet’s hike and bike trails. In addition to hiking and biking, residents at Carrington can also go for a swim in the community pool, gather with neighbors at the cabana modeled after the original Silver Comet Trail train station or throw a football in one of the many open spaces throughout the community. Residents enjoy close proximity to some of the best shopping areas in Cobb County including The Avenues at West Cobb and Arbor Place Mall.

Children at Carrington attend Powder Springs Elementary, Copper Middle and McEachern High schools.

To visit Carrington take I-285 West to Exit #15 ( South Cobb Drive) and turn right. Travel one and a half miles and turn left onto East/West Connector. Travel approximately eight and a half miles and turn left onto Powder Springs Road. Stay straight on Powder Springs Road, which turns into Richard D. Sailors Parkway in four miles. Cross over C.H. James Parkway and turn right onto Florence Road. Carrington is a quarter of a mile on the left. For more information on Carrington, call (770) 439-7038.
