Alvar Suñol, known around the world simply as Alvar, is a master of media, including oil paintings, drawings, watercolors, sculptures, and hand made lithographs. Willie Ziavino, singer-songwriter with over 150 songs to his credit, will be conducting a special performance at the Alvar reception December 6th, 12noon – 3pm. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Ziavino songs are based on experiences and stories torn from the streets of Ecuador. Ziavino began writing songs at age 14. With his tranquil voice and strum of guitar, Ziavino expresses life in his songs.
